Why Aqua Blend?

Classic colorings (Oil Blend) damaged the royal icing, or caused the macaroons to crack. Thanks to their unique pigmentation, Aqua Blend colors will be your best friends for transforming products sensitive to oil and fat into bold and brilliant pastries.

How to use it

Before you begin, use the bottle lid to poke a hole in the seal and shake the bottle well. Our pigments pack a punch, so go slow when coloring, starting with a few drops and mixing as you go.
Tip : If you have time and for best results, let your mixture sit overnight.
